Minimum stay

There is a minimum stay of three nights at Driftwood Cottage and Driftwood Treehouse.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before arrival are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend taking out suitable travel insurance in case your plans change.

Bookings made through Airbnb are subject to the cancellation policy displayed by Airbnb at the time of booking.

Check-in and checkout

Check-in is from 3pm and checkout is by 11am.

Late checkout may be available by prior arrangement and is subject to availability.

Where available, checkout up to 5pm is charged at 50% of the applicable nightly rate.

Checkout after 5pm requires an additional night to be booked.

Late checkout cannot normally be offered when another guest is arriving that day.
